1. Information We Collect

When you use BotliySync, we collect information that you provide securely through Discord OAuth2, including:

• Your Discord User ID
• Your Discord Username and Avatar
• Your Email Address (if provided via Discord)
• Your Webhook URLs and embedded configurations

We securely hash your webhook secrets, and they are never stored in plain text.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve the BotliySync service:

• To authenticate your identity via Discord.
• To reliably deliver webhook notifications and embeds to your server.
• To provide customer support and service updates.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over your data. In your user dashboard, you have the ability to reset your integrations or permanently delete your account at any time. When you trigger an account deletion, all associated data, configurations, and webhook bindings are permanently wiped from our database.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate closely with Discord and Botliy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside parties. Your data is strictly used to bridge Botliy voting events directly to your Discord server via Webhooks.
