By accessing and using BotliySync, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service. This service acts as a bridge between Botliy and your Discord servers.

2. Service Usage & Limitations

BotliySync is provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service. You agree to:

• Use the service only for handling legitimate Botliy vote notifications.
• Refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our API endpoints.
• Not spam or abuse our webhook infrastructure.

Deliberate abuse of our API will result in an immediate, permanent ban.

3. Liability & Responsibility

BotliySync is not responsible for any issues within your Discord server, lost vote integrations, or missed webhook events due to Discord API outages or internal server errors. We hold no liability for the content generated by users leveraging our customizable embed builder.

4. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
